About the Project

Johnston Software Development was commissioned to develop the interactive map page for the "Tackle Hunger" project, available at Tackle Hunger Map. Our team utilized React for building a dynamic user interface and integrated Mapbox GL JS to deliver high-performance, customizable maps. The application connects to a RESTful API to provide real-time data updates, ensuring users have the latest information. Designed for responsiveness, the map offers an optimal experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. We worked closely with designers and stakeholders to create a feature-rich, user-centric mapping solution.
